1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CYAN Consultancy Services website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CYAN Consultancy Services provides IT support, networking, software development, CCTV, digital marketing, and HSE consultancy services. All services are subject to availability and our service level agreements.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing based on scope changes requested by the client.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms require 50% upfront payment for new projects, with the balance due upon completion. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of custom-developed software and deliverables. CYAN retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and techniques developed during projects.

6. Warranty

We provide warranty on our work as specified in individual project agreements. Warranty does not cover issues arising from client modifications, third-party software, or misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

CYAN Consultancy Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for services already rendered.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar.
